Established in 1958 by Luckie Goodman, SignArt specialized in hand-drawn and hand-crafted signage. The SignArt focus was always "The Design" and the particular message to be communicated. Luckie's son Bill Goodman has been involved in the shop activities since he was old enough to hold a brush and learn the trade of sign making. Upon graduation from Trinity University in 1975, Bill joined SignArt fulltime. He took over management in 1983 upon Luckie's retirement and the name was changed to Goodman SignArt, Inc.
This was also the year the sign industry and Goodman SignArt began a major evolution with the advent and installation of the first computer-aided sign equipment (CAS).
Today Goodman SignArt is a fusion of the latest computerized plotters, CNC router and large format digital printers mixed with old-school craftsmanship and care. Our focus is still "The Design" and the visual communication of your message. We hope that in our efforts of crafting your Sign and Graphics we do not just meet your expectations but that we EXCEED them....
